1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Mountain Cannabis Club ("MCC," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable California state and local laws governing cannabis sales and delivery. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Age Verification & Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cannabis products from Mountain Cannabis Club, in accordance with California Proposition 64 (the Adult Use of Marijuana Act) and the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA). Medical patients with a valid California physician's recommendation must be at least 18 years of age.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of delivery. Orders will be refused and cancelled if age cannot be verified.
3. Delivery Area & Service Limitations
MCC provides local cannabis delivery exclusively within San Bernardino County, California, serving the following communities: Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, Blue Jay, Twin Peaks, and Green Valley Lake.
We do not deliver outside of our licensed delivery area. Orders placed from outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded. Delivery availability may be affected by weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance by Mountain Cannabis Club. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Failure to verify customer age (21+ or 18+ with valid medical recommendation)
- Delivery address outside our licensed service area
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Product unavailability
- Inability to contact the customer
Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. Estimated delivery time is 30–90 minutes from order confirmation, subject to demand and conditions.
5. Payment Terms
Mountain Cannabis Club currently accepts cash on delivery only. Payment is due in full at the time of delivery. Our delivery driver will collect payment upon arrival. Please have exact change or small bills ready, as drivers may have limited change available.
A $35.00 minimum order is required for all deliveries.
6. Cannabis Compliance
Mountain Cannabis Club operates under a valid California cannabis retailer license and complies with all applicable state and local regulations, including those set forth by the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) and San Bernardino County.
- Cannabis products may only be delivered to a private residence or other lawful location as permitted by California law.
- Cannabis products may not be consumed in public or in any location where smoking is prohibited.
- It is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines, even to states where cannabis is legal.
- Cannabis products purchased from MCC are for personal use only and may not be resold.
- Daily purchase limits apply per California law (1 oz of flower or equivalent per transaction for adult-use customers).
7. Product Information & Liability
Product descriptions, potency information, and lab results are provided for informational purposes and are sourced from licensed California distributors and manufacturers. Mountain Cannabis Club makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of third-party lab results.
Cannabis products have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before use if you have any medical conditions or are taking medications.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Mountain Cannabis Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
